Starting his working career as an electrician, Jim soon started a very successful import/export business trading with China in the early 1970’s. With heavy involvement in APEX, Jim was then elected as an independent member for Albert Shire Council and spent the next 6 years as Chairman of the Health and Building Committee, Member of the Works Committee and Gold Coast Albert Shire Council’s Industrial Development Committee.
With three decades experience in real estate, a wealth of knowledge and invaluable contacts with Councils, more recently Jim has focused on property development in South East Queensland and as far north as Gladstone. Recently completed subdivisions include Mt Warren Boulevard in Mount Warren Park and Billabong Heights Estate in Gladstone. Jim is one of the longest serving and most established real estate agents in Logan City.
